Low Voltage Technician (Baltimore, Maryland)

Hi There ! We are looking for an Experienced Low Voltage Technician to Join our Team.
Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including security systems, fire alarms, and access control systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build low voltage systems according to customer specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, such as the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding low voltage systems.
- Test and inspect low voltage systems to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Document all work performed, including system configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements: - Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), fire alarms, access control systems, and CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) systems.
- Mechanical knowledge for installing and mounting equipment.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to low voltage systems.
- Proficiency in electrical work, including wiring and circuitry.
- Basic locksmithing skills for installing locks on doors and cabinets.
- Understanding of computer hardware and networking principles for integrating low voltage systems with existing infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues with low voltage systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Telecommunication certificate or relevant certifications in low voltage systems are preferred.

At This Time, We are currently looking to hire Technician's with at Least 2 years of Low Voltage Technician Experience.
Technicians will be required to use their own transportation.
Most assignments include Travel Pay.
For the First 90 Days, We Offer Commission Based Pay ONLY.
After a 90 Day Probationary Period, We Offer the Option of Salary/Hourly Pay or Commission.
(Employee Choice) Commission Pay is at 60%.
For Example, If a Job Pays a total of $500, You will Be compensated $300.
You Will be required to perform a minimum of 10 Assignments per week.
( NO SWEAT! We Have the Work!) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Commission 60% to Tech-40% to Company Salary: $18.
00 - $30.
00 per hour Expected hours(Salary/Hourly): 25-40 per week Expected Assignments(Commission): 10 Minimum-As Many as You Can Complete The More You WORK, the More You Earn.
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM TO 5PM.
Evening and Weekend Assignments are available at your Request.
