QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting for an Electronic Technician (multiple levels) to join our team at APG, MD.
This position is contingent upon award.
Duties:
Independently responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of C5ISR equipment as appropriate for the task.
Capability to distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems.
Perform fielding, installation, operations, test, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, over the shoulder training, exercise and test support and maintenance.
Must have hands-on or educational experience in one of the following core technical areas: electronics, network support.
Assists in the design, modification, development, construction, installation, alignment, operations, troubleshooting, and repairs of a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical instrumentation used in test and evaluation to control test conditions and/or record dynamic measurement data.
certification production and fielding of tactical radios.
Coordinates with MOA stakeholders to reach agreements in support of program deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience:
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel Required.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
AA or 2 year technical school
Five (5) years military service can be substituted/utilized as related experience.
Five (5) years related experience.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position.
Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday.
Flexibility around core hours.
Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
