Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team.
As an Associate Project Manager, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals
- Support the identification and mitigation of project risks
- Assist in the coordination of project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in project management or coordination roles
- Proficiency in project management software (e.
g.
, Prolog, ProCore, Primavera) is preferred
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and processes
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
