Plumbing Work (Baltimore - Downtown)

I need help with my garbage disposal and shower.
The garbage disposal won't turn on.
Makes no sound.
I've tried the reset switch and the key, but the key won't turn.
Not sure if it's jammed, or needs to be replaced.
The shower has minimal water pressure.
It's really decreased over time.
Not sure if there's something clogged, or a diverter issue or something else.
Located in downtown Baltimore, near Saratoga and Charles.
Please reply with qualifications and thoughts on how to proceed.
