We are seeking a qualified part-time Maintenance Assistant 3 days per week.

Requirements
Valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points.
Experience completing basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, gutter cleaning, grounds keeping, hvac maintenance, floor installation/repair, drywall, bulk junk removal, lock repair/replacement, interior painting, minor furniture repair, smoke detector replacement, etc.
Ability to meet physical demands for performing tasks duties.
Ability to assess and respond to maintenance needs based upon staff reports and direct observation.
Obtain CPR, First Aid, Agency Core, and DDA training.
Ability to problem solve, use reasoning, implement necessary math skills, and effectively operate a PC/laptop/tablet.
