Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of a development project on time, within budget and within scope.
The Project Manager will work closely with other organizational functions (Supply Chain, Service, Quality, Product Development, Systems Engineering, Product Management) to bring the product to market.
The Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and report progress.

Duties & Responsibilities • Manage projects consistent with Oceaneering values and guidelines with respect to safety, quality, and business ethics.
• Apply knowledge of project management competencies to manage the core elements of a project’s integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholders to meet project requirements, demonstrating proficiency in both the knowledge and application of these skills.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors in the execution of the project activities which include, development, procurement, production/assembly, testing, field trials, marketing, training, and product launch.
• Establish the project plan, schedule, and resource requirements, with support from project team members.
• Pursue required resources through functional managers.
• Identify and manage project risk.
• Monitor and track progress, measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Regular progress reporting to upper management.
• Manage the project budget and approve project expenditure.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline required – mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in the AGV/AMR domain.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics, Material Handling, and industrial processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with customer representatives.
• Ability to support technical reviews of various documentation and other project deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office products Additional Information This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office.
Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
