*Overview: *The Bell Company Internship Program is designed to provide aspiring individuals with hands-on experience and exposure to the dynamic field of mechanical contracting.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned professionals, gain practical skills, and contribute to real-world projects in the mechanical contracting industry.
It is our hope to provide experience that identifies individuals who are capable and willing to take that first step onto the Management Ladder.
Our Project Engineer position is that step and the internship is the best vehicle to gain exposure, training, and the contacts to make it happen.
If you see yourself developing into a manager that is capable of building some of the most complex and sizable mechanical projects on the East Coast and being responsible for multi-million dollars contacts executed to a high level of quality and safety, this internship is for you.
*Duration: *The internship program will run for 8 weeks providing interns with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of mechanical contracting.

*Internship Objectives:*
1.
*Hands-on Experience:* Gain practical experience in mechanical systems installation, engineering, HVAC, maintenance, plumbing and commissioning.
Increase knowledge of large scale commercial and industrial construction processes.
2.
*Project Involvement: *Contribute to ongoing projects, assisting with planning, execution, and quality control of the project team.
3.
*Industry Exposure:*Explore various aspects of mechanical contracting, including HVAC Equipment, Building Automation, Plumbing, Test & Balance, and more.
4.
*Networking:* Build valuable connections with industry professionals, mentors, and fellow interns.
5.
*Skill Development:*Enhance engineering, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities through real-world challenges.
6.
*Safety Training:* Learn and practice safety protocols and procedures relevant to the mechanical contracting industry.
Obtain OSHA 10 certification.
*Qualifications:*
• Preferred to be currently enrolled in a relevant mechanical engineering or construction management program.
• Strong interest in mechanical contracting and the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects.
• Willingness to work on job sites and get hands-on experience.
