The Security Manager provides full time, on site security management to ensure compliance with Government security requirements on a secured construction site.
The Security Manager will be the primary representative/liaison with the Government security team.
Specific duties include:
*Security Management*
* Develop and enforce security plans and procedures for Controlled Unclassified Information/For Official Use Only documents and electronic information
* Interpret and enforce Government customer and company security policies and provide guidance and direction to personnel for all security matters
* Investigate security issues, incidents and violations; prepare incident reports; interface with Clark employees, subcontractors and Government Customers to resolve any issues
* Serve as a knowledgeable security resource for Clark personnel and subcontractors
*Document Control*
* Ensure proper document controls are in place to comply with security requirements
* Manage the destruction of project documents when no longer required
* Obtain documentation from all subcontractors that documents have been properly returned or destroyed
* Ensure electronic transmission, storage and destruction of files and hardware complies with security requirements
* Perform document control and information security audits
*Project Support*
* Coordinate construction activities with the Government security team
* Provide subcontractor security support and direction
* Process company vetting documents and maintain a list of all companies that have been approved for project access
* Process personnel badge and site access requests
* Maintain a list of all personnel approved for project and site access
* Track the expiration/renewal of badges and ensure the return of all badges when no longer required
* Manage and issue vehicle site access placards and parking permits
* Conduct project-specific security briefings/debriefings and security training
* C oordinate security and logistics for deliveries with Government and site security personnel

*Preferred Qualifications*
* 2+ years of security management experience
* Experience in construction or working on a construction site
* Ability to interface effectively with Government Customers and subcontractor representatives
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Pay: $80,000.
