The day-to-day: As a Test Engineer you will work with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
You’ll be supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.

, Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required with eight (8) years’ experience as a test engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope.
Four (4) years of additional test engineer experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience with system integration; end-to-end testing; installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fielded systems Experience developing, executing and refining test plans and operational support procedure Knowledge of Linux system administration and network configuration skills (NFS, DNS, firewall, systems, and user accounts management) Desire to support a fast-paced product development and operational support environment Preferred Qualifications (desired not required): XML, JSON, Redis, CORBA Sripting languages such as bash, Python, Ruby Web services in a Linux environment Working understanding of the OSI Model and IP/TCP protocols Performance, load, and stress testing Metrics generation and visualization tools (e.
