Lead Wood Foreman will ensure the crew is completing a project with quality, safety, and on schedule.
Lead foreman responsibilities include supervising the crew(s), planning pertaining to the project, and being the contact between team members and supervisors.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Effectively schedule, plan, and delegate project responsibilities
· Provide weekly or as needed reports
· Process change orders
· Schedule deliveries
· Effectively manage project budget
· Demonstrate quality customer service
· Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely
· Monitor use of equipment and machinery
· Maintain positive attitude
· Proactively plan project materials and equipment
· Attend required meetings
· Other duties as assigned
*QUALIFICATIONS*
* 5 years Crew Foreman or related experience

*Required Skills*:
