Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager with 8 years of experience in construction or project management and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
The right hard-working Senior Project Manager must have extensive experience with all areas of construction and must be able to manage multiple projects with many team members at once.
They are responsible for establishing and controlling all project administration and collaborating with each project’s team members.
They must be organized and able to delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors.
Successful candidates will be able to share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done and confidently represent the firm, including committing the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters.
What You’ll Do: Our new Senior Project Manager will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise assigned project work activities and manage operational, personnel and financial aspects of the construction project.
MCN Senior Project Managers supervise, develop, review, and coordinate the project plan, schedule and budget must be proficient in all aspects; manage cost and timely reallocates funding.
Senior Project Managers also develop and actively manage working relationships with the project team, internal and external customers /partners, contractors, vendors, and suppliers; foster teamwork and actively monitor customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to The Table: 8 years of experience in construction or project management including work in these areas: major construction field experience, project estimating, project controls, and/or comparable external experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field Licenses/certifications in LEED and PMP strongly preferred Trained in areas of construction safety, negotiations, scope development and control, cost estimating, construction contracting, project controls and reporting, quality control, risk management Able to provide effective leadership, team building and meeting management; demonstrate a high level of ability, motivation, and attitude in leading a team and a project to successful conclusion Proven written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, PlanGrid, Procore, Sage 300 Timberline SureTrack, and Primavera 6 (P6) What We Offer: Salary Range: $130,000 –140,000 with up to 20% in an annual discretionary bonus 100% COVID-19 vaccinated project management team Free medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee.
