Commercial Landscape Estimator and Permit Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a Commercial Landscape Estimator and Permit Designer to join our team! Someone who is detail oriented that can make multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities Manage scheduling and busy work along with small amount of customer communication Take 3D drawings and transform them into 2D permit drawings using our design software for county submittal Fill out and correctly mange multiple permits through the the permit process for pools, additions and Decks troubleshoot and find answer from the county through multiple sources of knowledge Qualifications This position requires experience pulling permits in Maryland and Virginia Flexible work from home options available.
