ALP Roofing is looking to hire two additional roofing estimators.
* We are seeking a positive minded individual who is open to learning and growing.
The roofing estimator position does not require any construction or roofing knowledge.
The only requirement is to treat customers honestly and give great customer service.
We are happy to train and help you grow.
As a Roofing estimator you’ll be responsible for meeting with customers to review their needs, inspect their roof when it is safe to do so, and preparing a proposal for their roof replacement with our user friendly proposal software.
Estimators do check in with customers during the production stage and meet with customers once the project is completed to verify everything went smoothly and the job is complete.
Estimators are provided appointments from our office.
Self generated leads include a bonus commission and can help a driven estimator reach the next level of their career.
The posted salary range is based on a candidate who is willing to learn and be trained, but still in their first year.
After their first year a roofing estimator would have a realistic goal of passing 150k.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $88,000.
