Shift:
Full Time, Day Shift (40 hours)
7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon-Fri.
Some weekend and on call work required.
Performs maintenance, repair, installation of roofing and applicaiton of waterproofing on buildings/components.
This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of roofing and waterproofing technology.
Works in shop and mechanical area environments with exposure to dust, heat, cold, noise and fumes.
Work may be performed outdoors with exposure to extreme temperatures and other weather conditions.
Gets into/works within confined spaces and in awkward positions.
Works at heights of up to 150 feet above surface using ladders, lifts and equipment.
Work requires ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time.
Work requires ability to load/unload and transport/position tools, equipment and materials & push/pull loaded hand trucks weighing up to 75 pounds.
