We have been retained confidentially by one of our top client Commercial/Industrial Electrical Contractors located near Baltimore, MD to search for and find a sharp Electrical Estimator/Project Manager.
\\\*Compensation includes up to *$130,000+ base salary to start *(based on experience), 5 figure performance bonus, 401k match, full family medical coverage, truck and gas card, paid vacation, disability insurance, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.
\\\*The ideal candidate will have 5-20 years related Commercial Electrical Estimating/PM experience.
\\\*Industrial experience a plus.
\\\*Experience a plus with medium volt, generators, lighting, electrical panels, substation, voice and data, switch gears, upgrades to electrical distribution, run feeders for EV.
\\\*Bid and manage commercial/industrial electrical projects from $1 million to over $20 million.
\\\*Computer estimating and scheduling experience utilizing Accubid, bluebeam, procore, buildertrend and open to others.
\\\*Accurately and efficiently track job costs
\\\*Accurately and efficiently produce a budget for each project
\\\*Attend all project meetings
\\\*Write RFI’s and Change Orders when needed, Send information to Admin for submission
\\\*Interesting and challenging projects.
