```Duties```
- Perform installations, repairs, and perform field service & maintenance on various models of bitcoin ATMs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer hardware issues
- Utilize hand tools and follow instructions troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy of reports
- Provide technical support to merchant partners and address their inquiries or concerns
- Constantly traveling throughout Maryland and the surrounding region to service machines.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role (not required)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair
- MUST have a valid US driver's license + willing to be on the road 100% of the time (see travel benefits below)
- Proficient with technology / able to text efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

``` Travel Benefits ```
- Since this position is primarily traveling around to each location, all the costs of travel are covered by the company.
This includes gas, truck rentals, hotel fees, among other things.
You will be provided a work truck as well.
When you are on the road, the only thing you will have to pay for out of pocket is your food.
The rest is covered.
- Travel pay is also awarded in addition to your regular salary ($45,000/year, paid semi-monthly).
