Cole Roofing seeks an experienced, qualified and motivated individuals for full time position in our Service department for *Roofing Maintenance Technicians*.
The primary objective of this position is to work with clients to solve their facility roofing issues.
Being customer focused and a good communicator is critical in the success of the job.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Being proficient in all types of roofing systems, including single-ply & built-up.
* Safely and efficiently operate tools and machines.
* Be proficient in using and reading measurements, and following directives to achieve daily job goals.
* Help to train less experienced employees to become more proficient in roofing work, and occasionally manage newer helper.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience, with resume of past experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Skilled in working on a team with supervision.
* Interests in job planning and performance measurement of daily job goals.
* Be on time as required by jobs, clients and our management team.
* Provide transportation or be able to reach the Cole yard or jobsite.
* Pass pre-employment drug screen.
Preferred, but not required, experience:
* High school education or higher.
* Experience in reading blueprints.
* Basic computer knowledge.
