* Must be willing to network and prospect for new leads
* Experience in residential or commercial sales is a plus
* Excellent relationship and communication skills
* Excellent negotiation skills

* Must have reliable transportation
* Responsibilities will include running leads, prospecting, estimating projects, creating work orders, taking pictures, and good communication with the customers and other staff members
