Summary: As a key member of the Plant Support function in the Employee Experience Team, the IT Analyst is responsible for providing IT support across the plant campus.
This includes configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting support for various types of IT hardware in compliance with company standards for build and security.
This role will also need to be able to provide local support for troubleshooting, identifying and, where possible.
resolving minor network and other local technology issues.
The ideal candidate is curious and committed to ensuring problems are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Establishing themselves as a trusted member of the plant team will ensure that they are able to help the plant achieve its production, shipping and cost goals.
Essential Duties Provide hardware support as needed for laptops, chromebooks, desktops, hand-held and mobile devices, AV equipment, printers.
This includes provisioning, troubleshooting issues, checking/updating configurations, patching and updates, all while following company guidelines and standards Provide support for Google Workplace and other basic applications Assist with asset management activities including the proper tracking of leased equipment Provide support to troubleshoot other issues such as LAN, WAN, WiFi, local servers etc Coordinate the shipping of equipment to/from the plant Provide remote support access and serve as the local point of contact for IT vendors.
Monitor, log and track assigned technical problems in the ticket management system (Service Now) Collaborate with local Plant staff to understand issues, provide support and escalate issues as needed Collaborate other IT functions as needed to identify opportunities Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all documentation updates Under this roof, we require: 5+ Years of supporting Windows Operating Systems in an Enterprise or Manufacturing Environment Demonstrated understanding of mobile technology (iPhones, Androids, iPads, and Tablets) Demonstrated understanding of basic networking and wifi technologies Ability to provide written and verbal communications with both plant staff and IT support functions Strong analytical and problem solving skills Under This Roof, We Also Value Knowledge of Google Workspace Knowledge of Service Now Experience in a manufacturing environment ITIL Foundation How We Protect What Matters Most We offer a wide range of health insurance options that include medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.
