Insurance Restoration Estimator

Job Description/Responsibilities: Four Twelve Roofing is looking for a dynamic, organized, and experienced self-starter to serve as our Insurance Restoration Estimator.
Qualification/Skills: Estimating experience within the insurance restoration industry such as: -Roofing and Water mitigation -Fire remediation -Mold remediation -Asbestos -Lead abatement -Post Reconstruction IICRC certifications are preferred as well Must exhibit strong working knowledge of Xactimate, Microsoft Office, restoration job processing software, and insurance restoration claims programs Applicants must have a valid drivers license with 2 or fewer points with reliable transportation to and from work Applicants must have a felony-free criminal record and pass a drug test Must be at least 18 years of age Communicate well; verbally and written Organize, plan and prioritize work.
Knowledge of Industry policies and procedures Knowledge of budgeting and cost control Excellent problem-solving capabilities Have high standards of professional conduct with Clients, Subs and in-house Physical Requirements: Requires medium labor candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work in awkward places; stand; sit; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk and hear.
