b19 Consulting is working with an established power delivery company to find a technical *Transmission Line Project Manager* that has *IOU consulting experience.

*Key responsibilities for the Project Manager include:*
* Preparing proposals, participating in contract negotiations, and contributing to presentations.
* Managing projects comprehensively from inception to completion, including tasks such as siting, environmental considerations, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, project controls, procurement, and construction management.
* Developing and monitoring project schedules, managing scope, and controlling costs.
* Assisting with internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, risk management, change management, and human resource issues.
* Acting as the primary point of contact with clients for strategic planning, budget management, subcontracting, and schedule adherence.
* Overseeing all project communications and implementing project policies, procedures, and control systems.
* Collaborating closely with the Project Team to ensure client satisfaction, adherence to internal QA/QC guidelines, and timely delivery of services and deliverables.
* Regularly reporting on progress, cost, schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, and any other pertinent matters requiring support from the office.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
* Minimum of seven years of utility substation project experience, including at least three years of related project management experience.
* Professional Engineering (PE) registration is preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
* Strong ability to effectively handle various industry, government, and public contracts related to projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
