Construction Flagger

Responsibilities: - Direct traffic safely and efficiently in construction zones - Set up and maintain work zones, including signage and cones - Communicate with construction crew and drivers to ensure safety - Follow all safety regulations and guidelines - Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control devices as needed - Report any issues or incidents to supervisor Qualifications: - Previous experience as a flagger is required - Ability to understand and follow instructions - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and punctual - Valid driver's license Skills: - Knowledge of construction equipment such as graders, backhoes, front loader trucks, dump trucks, and bulldozers - Familiarity with utility locating and paving operations - Experience operating Caterpillar equipment is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include every task or responsibility that may be required.
