*Summary*
The Residential Construction Lead Carpenter/ Supervisor role requires an individual who can balance hands-on operational tasks with high-level managerial responsibilities.
An effective candidate consistently meets deadlines, maintains quality benchmarks, and successfully oversees a wide variety of high-end residential renovation and new build projects.
*Job Requirements*
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in residential construction and home remodeling.
* Broad understanding of all aspects of residential construction including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, roofing, framing, siding, drywall, and interiors.
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team of in-house crews and sub-contractors alike.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other members of the construction team.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
* Proficiency with a variety of construction tools and equipment.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to office.
Possible Company vehicle will be provided to some for travel to job sites.

Experience:
* Construction Experience: 7 years (Required)
* Carpentry Experience: 5 years (Required)
Compensation:
* $25-45hr depending on skill level.
\*$5000 Sign-On Bonus will be paid out after the employee has been with the company on good standing for 90 days ($1,000), 6 months ($1,500) and 1 year ($2,500).
