We’re seeking and experienced and collaborative Project Executive to join our Healthcare focused PM team in Baltimore, MD.
As a Project Executive you’ll be responsible for driving overall project delivery of client assigned projects from planning through completion in accordance with the Owner’s program objectives.
You'll focus on site-based team leadership, project management systems and controls, construction surveillance and documentation, contractor performance measurement and reporting on the status of compliance in the areas of project cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
You may also be tasked as a contributor to project scope and solicitation package development in addition to serving as a technical advisor during the source selection process.
Your leadership, facilitation, subject matter expertise, proficiency with issue resolution, and a relationship-oriented approach will help you succeed in this key position.
As a passionate leader, you'll leverage your people skills to lead the client team and consultants for the successful completion of Owner healthcare projects.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering discipline
20+ years of experience as a Project Manager with 6+ years of your experience managing healthcare projects in the U.
S.
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
Ability to work onsite at the client site during the week
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
