WRA is seeking Architects and Engineers to join our Building Design Group in our Baltimore, MD office.
We are a nationally recognized, top 125 Architecture and Engineering firm and Mid-Atlantic Engineering Firm of the Year.
Come join our collaborative team of engineers and architects on a variety of challenging projects, including high-performance buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, office environments, mission critical/secure spaces, historic preservation, and higher education.
WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.
Lead multidiscipline A/E teams through concept studies, final design, and construction phase services for clients across a broad range of markets, including DoD, Federal/Local Government and Industrial.
Coordinate between disciplines, interface with project stakeholders, and manage quality control processes to ensure each project is successfully completed.

Proposal development and budget management
Leadership of design teams
Coordination of milestone submissions
Construction Administration
Project Closeout
Qualifications:
5-10 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
Experience with concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Citizenship is required
Additional Qualifications
Professional License (PE, AIA, or RA) preferred
DoD security clearance or ability to obtain clearance preferred
