About this role
As the Blending Operator you will be responsible for preparing and mixing appropriate ingredients required to produce finished product, and premix-post-mix operations based upon scheduled production for each shift.
Similar to the duties of a Cellarman or Cellar Operator this role is at the heart of the Wildpack Beverage brewing and beverage creation process.
A day in the life: What you do
Accurately weigh, measure, mix and blend raw materials (including spirits, water, flavorings, etc.
Set equipment parameters for operation
Operate and perform preventative maintenance on small equipment/machinery (mixers, scales, brite tanks, forklifts, etc.
)
Manage product transfers and filtration from one piece of the production equipment to brite tanks
Perform quality checks both in the mixing vessels and brite tanks to ensure specifications are met as directed by the brand/recipe
Complete paperwork with accuracy and in a timely manner
Perform basic cellaring duties such as cleaning and sanitizing tanks, scrubbing and carbonating beverages, and operating a lenticular style filter.

Follow all policies and procedures, including safety
Qualifications: What you know
Blending operator, cellarman or batcher experience
Food/beverage production operation experience
2 years manufacturing/warehouse experience
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture of and distribution of goods.
Detail oriented with a multi-tasking mindset
Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
