We are currently looking for Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to assist on a short-term program.

Here are the details.
Term: 90 days
Rate: $31 per hour (minimum)
Location: Annapolis Junction
Hours: Daytime (Must be available between 0700-1700 hours, M-F)
Clearance Level: TS Security Clearance with SCI eligibility - Poly not required
Must be a US Citizen
Requirements: Must have prior experience as a Construction Surveillance Technician.
Familiarity with the trades, SCIF construction, and security control measures is a must.
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
Certifications as a CST are desired.
1.
Must be a subject matter expert on DoD SCIF-related construction and accreditation working under authority of the government SSM and/or SSO/Special Security Representative (SSR)
2.
Identify, document, and brief all security-related modifications during SCIF construction
3.
Must have 20/20 or correctable equivalent vision in order to provide adequate observation of construction workers
4.
Identify and validate authorized access documentation for entrance/exit to/from the worksite
5.
Desired to be knowledgeable on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 (on SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements) and the accompanying IC Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of SCIFs
6.
Execute security screening activities to include inspecting all packages, tools, and equipment entering/exiting the worksite
7.
Identify SCIF-related construction shortfalls, provide on-the-spot security recommendations, and keep the SSM and Special Security Officer (SSO) updated daily.
