Summary
Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEWS) is looking to hire a Technical Writer to work with cyber engineering professionals to define cybersecurity approaches and architectures to lead a team of software developers in implementing the Open Command and Control (OpenC2) for our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
Responsibilities
Will provide support to the engineering team with writing, reviewing, and maintaining technical records for network systems.
This includes writing-in clear and concise language—service manuals, and related technical publications related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of electronic, electrical, mechanical equipment.
May also support policy and guidance documentation (Editing/Desktop Publishing, etc.
)
Work will be performed onsite.
Occasional remote work can be accommodated
Minimum Qualifications
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field;
1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements
System administration and systems engineering.
Cybersecurity experience
Must be able to perform tasks under limited supervision
