Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Project Manager to help lead the Global Management Frame in our Annapolis Junction office.
The successful candidate will assist in managing Service Task Orders and Service Projects to install varying levels of IT infrastructure and all End User Devices, AVMM suites and Conference Rooms, LMR and other IT systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support overall performance management for Service Task Orders and Projects, Transition of IT Services, and the Removal/Unwind of IT Services Provides close communication and collaboration with customers, other Framework Leads, and other ManTech management personnel; provides clear and concise communication with customers, ManTech Senior Leadership, other Senior Level GW Partners, and associated Leadership teams’ members on GW Assists in managing matrixed resources globally; mentors and trains staff on contract requirements for STOs and projects, and helps meet program and ManTech business objectives and contract Service Level Agreement requirements Attends stakeholder engagement meetings, ensures staff adherence to compliance training requirements, and participate in ManTech project management forums Tracks work productivity to help evaluate work efficiency and progression and display the core leadership values Utilizes a strong resource management ability to manage multiple Service Projects with competing priorities Communicates effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other key customer stakeholders Uses effective oral and written communication and presentation skills to convey technical and business concepts to various audiences Manages small, medium, and large tasks, and reacts quickly to high priority service requests to avoid operational support conflicts Helps manages the Program’s Travel Team supporting all program travel requirements Basic Qualifications: Requires a Technical Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of relevant IT leadership and IT project management experience (Associate’s Degree with 6 years of experience in IT leadership/IT Project Manager, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of IT leadership/IT Project Manager experience) Two years experience in project management of all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function Accomplished customer facing experience with excellent speaking and briefing skills Experience drafting/reviewing SOWs, contributing to RFP construction, and problem resolution One year personnel and relationship management experience.
Two years customer facing experience Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.
01-M such as Security+ CE Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Physical Requirements: Maintains a regular sedentary position, attends meeting and must be willing to travel as needed to support operational demands.
