Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Supervisor
Amentum is seeking a full-time Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Supervisor responsible for providing oversight and management to the CST team, whose primary duties are as follows:
Provide basic physical security in accordance with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) policies and Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, -Physical and Technical Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities).
Conduct surveillance and understand the construction trades to closely monitor all construction activities and materials to ensure the security integrity of the building.
Inspect, detect and report any unauthorized technical penetrations and thwart implanted clandestine technical collection devices.
Work closely with the assigned Government Site Security Manager (SSM) to ensure all established security policies and procedures are followed.
Supplement site security access controls implement screening and inspection procedures and monitor uncleared construction personnel in accordance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP).
Conduct inspections of Protected Distribution System (PDS) and report any anomalies to the SSM.
Additionally, the CST Supervisor will also need to integrate with the Access Control Specialist (ACS) personnel / supervisors on the same campus whenever efficiencies can be achieved between the CST and ACS teams.
The CST Supervisor will also be responsible for other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Associates degree with 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Requires operating application software including word-processing and spread sheet programs.

Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) with polygraph.
Read, speak, and understand the English language fluently.
Ability to complete written reports and forms.
Excellent customer service skills.
Physical requirements:
You need to be physically able to perform all duties and functions as specified.
You need to see well and be able to prove it.
You should have 20/20 vision (with glasses and contacts if needed) and close vision correctable to Jaeger No.
4 type test for both eyes
You need to be free of color blindness
You should have normal fields of vision and good depth perception, as defined by the Snellen chart
You need to be able to have hearing which is correctable to normal level hearing with hearing aids.
Normal hearing levels are demonstrated by a pure tone audiometry hearing level (HL) of 0 decibels (dB) or lower
You need to be able to stand continuously for 4 hours at a time.
