Amentum is hiring a Senior Acquisition Logistics Manager to support an Army program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
** This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule and requires a minimum of 2 days of onsite work a week.
This is not a remote position.

You are a proactive, driven logistics management specialist concerned with directing, developing, and performing logistics management operations.
You're also a self-starter with exceptional communication skills who enjoys leading a team of people.
Your creativity and ability to think outside the box will come in handy while planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for major complex weapon systems encompassing new and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of IPS functions for one or more acquisition programs (i.
e.
maintenance planning; manpower and personnel; supply support: support and test equipment; training and training devices; technical data; computer resources support; and packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and facilities).
Assists in the development and execution of product support strategies and product support packages involving planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for acquisition programs, including both hardware and software.
Providing ILS/production support on acquisition logistics management activities, including development of acquisition logistics documentation and evaluating the regulatory requirements to develop, field, and transition equipment/software.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, and at least 6 years of integrated logistics support experience.
Or a High school diploma/GED, and at least 10 years of integrated logistics support experience.
Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance.
Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
At least 3 years of experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) or Army program office related to weapon systems (ACAT 1 through 3)
Experience briefing senior leadership.
Position requires up to 25% travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current U.
S.
passport.
DAWIA Level I, II, or III Acquisition Lifecycle Logistics.
