*Basic Function:*
The Commercial Service Estimator is responsible for producing accurate estimates and contracts for all service projects within the Commercial Division.
This role involves performing site visits, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely communication with the production department to facilitate project execution.
*Responsibilities:*
Estimation and Contracting:
Produce estimates and contracts for service projects, inspections, etc.
Utilize company's price guide to ensure profitability of estimates.
Provide comprehensive job information to the production department upon sale.
*Site Visits and Inspections:*
Conduct thorough site visits, including accessing roofs and attics using appropriate equipment.

Perform small repairs when necessary while adhering to schedule commitments.
Document inspection findings and convert them into detailed reports.
*Communication and Documentation:*
Ensure all necessary job information is communicated to the Production Department.
Complete all required paperwork for each estimate, including editing photos and data entry in the CRM.
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails within 8 business hours in a professional manner.
*Meetings and Follow-ups:*
Attend regular meetings with the Commercial team.
Follow up on proposals sent through CRM to close deals in a timely manner.
*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*
Meet weekly KPIs for leads run, contracts sent, and contracts sold.
Maintain professionalism and excellence in customer dealings and communications.
*Vehicle Maintenance and Warranty Assistance:*
Maintain a clean and organized company truck, ensuring regular maintenance.
Assist the Production Department in running warranty calls when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
00 - $65,000.
