Electronics Project Management Associate

Your Impact: The position will work in the Manufacturing Program Management Office and provide support to internal and external customers.
You will work across a multitude of Teams associated with electronics manufacturing.
This position will be responsible for production program management that will encompass resource scheduling, material requirements and overall project management.
You will also provide project management support to senior level project managers.
This position will support Electronic Packaging Manufacturing Projects within the Manufacturing Services Division.
You will be responsible for the weekly schedule management, tracking of work and reporting and providing project management support to other senior project managers.
You will manage production level projects and development projects.
Cost tracking and estimating work at completion experience is required.
Responsibilities: Be responsible for the weekly manufacturing schedule development, tracking and providing status of production activities.
Provide support to project managers for the management of projects from original design development through final implementation.
Develop cost estimates and working with the work centers to develop the estimate.
Develop estimates to complete for production tasking.
Attend and may lead project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
Provide the coordination between managers, supervisors and other teams.
Report to the Manufacturing Program Manager.
Interface with Planning to understand material requisitioning and status of materials to meet build schedules.
Interface across a number of teams to meet program performance.
Here’s What You’ll Need: Should have experience at Microsoft Project.
Need efficiency at Microsoft Products, Word, Excel, Project.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to show initiative and deal with fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently.
Self-starter able to manage one’s own work.
Ability to multi-task working multiple project simultaneously.
PMP Certification a plus.
Working knowledge of electronic manufacturing activities.
Preferred: Pricing experience a plus.
Desired to have technical knowledge of ruggedized electronic packaging components and manufacturing processes.
Microsoft Project certification or completion of Microsoft Project training a plus.
PMP certification or other related certification a plus.
