Experienced office administrator needed to support & help keep a busy office organized and coordinated.
Business is a contract/electronic manufacturing services company.
Individual must possess excellent organizational skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task to handle working under the pressure of daily deadlines.
Must have experience with Windows 10 Operating System, Microsoft Office, & Excel.
Experience with some form of accounting/bookkeeping software program.
Will interface daily with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to create correspondence, respond to email, answer multi-line phone system, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as Receptionist.
Bookkeeping & data entry duties will include handling all facets of Accts Receivable and Accts Payable.
Will support Sales Dept by maintaining all Sales Order records, drawing files, etc.
Will support Purchasing Dept by maintaining all Purchase Order records, obtaining order confirmations and expediting vendor orders.
Will support Human Relations/Payroll by calculating and entering labor hours into Job Cost module.
Coordinate order shipments with Shipping/Receiving Dept.
to include follow up on back ordered items, etc.
Responsibilities also include general office duties such as filing, distributing mail, keeping Front Office generally organized and performing any other duties as may be requested.
Skills: - Proficiency in financial record keeping - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Excellent schedule management abilities to coordinate meetings and appointments - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in calendar management for scheduling purposes - Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer inquiries - Experience in manufacturing production is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This is a great, long-term opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
