*Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary:*
You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.
You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
*Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:*
* Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
* Roof maintenance and repairs
* Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
* Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
* Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
*Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:*
* Must be at least 18 years old
* 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
* A valid driver's license
* Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
* Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
* Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
* Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
* Technology savvy
*Working Conditions:*
* Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
* Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
* Travel: Required
