Project Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee the production and completion of Home improvement projects - Develop and implement production schedules and allocate resources effectively - Monitor and improve production efficiency, quality, and safety standards - Manage and coordinate sub contractors and suppliers -Interact with clients and suppliers - Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to procedures and policies - Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime - Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Production Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and production processes - Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly - Familiarity with operating forklifts and other material handling equipment - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
