Starting pay: $34.
43 per hour.
Position Summary:
Performs hospital maintenance and associated water systems in accordance with Federal, State and Local Health Codes in compliance with JCAHO Standards through maintenance installation, PM maintenance or any means necessary.
Education:
Work requires a high school level of educational development.
Work Experience:
Minimum Four (4) years of experience working in the plumbing trade, preferably in a commercial environment; healthcare experience preferred.
Experience with all hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
Physical Requirements: lifting and/or carrying objects weighing over 50 lbs.
Pushing and/or pulling non-motorized carts weighing over 50 lbs.
Climbing - ascending and descending ladders, stooping and bending, reaching and grasping objects, operating hand and power tools, walking and/or standing for extended periods of time.
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.
:
Journeyman's plumber license in Baltimore/Maryland.
Master's license preferred.
Maryland Class C driver's license required
