*Job description*
We are growing and in need of Repair Technicians.
This position will learn to identify, repair, and refinish headlamps and tail lamps for the Automotive Industry.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Attention to detail related to sanding, buffing, and refurbishing headlight lenses
* Follow work order instructions on the necessary repairs
* Work safely with sanding and buffing tools
* Perform preventive and reactive maintenance activities on all equipment in assigned work area.
* Identify non-repairable parts and inform the necessary personnel
* Work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing plant environment.
* Regularly report for work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
* Each area of the Baltimore production will have varied tasks that are outlined in the SOPs
* This will include routine tasks as part of the production team such as pulling, packing, and storing items
* Other tasks may involve performing quality checks, cleaning, maintaining production equipment and house cleaning

* Ability to meet deadlines and follow safety guidelines.

*Experience: *Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)
*Work Location:* In person and able to commute or planning to relocate to Nottingham, MD: before starting work (Required)
*Work Environment: *The work environment is a plant operation which may be exposed to outside and have temperature fluctuations, material and environmental hazards which require the use of personal protective equipment such as but not limited to safety glasses, ear plugs and safety shoes.
*Safety Requirements: *Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety Glasses, Gloves, Metatarsal Shoes) is required.
