We are seeking to hire a Systems Administrator to support one of our longest running programs.
The ideal candidate for the Systems Administrator position maintains operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.
Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.
Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
Develops and monitors policies and standards related to the use of computing resources.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills TS SCI level clearance with appropriate poly required Five (5) years full time computer science work or experience administering computer systems.
This experience shall include installation, configuration, and networking of UNIX and/or NT based platforms.
In addition, this experience shall include: creating, modifying and deleting user accounts, performing system back-ups, and maintaining system configuration files.
Individual shall have a fundamental understanding of operating systems and be familiar with either UNIX of NT commands or utilities at the user level.
Candidates shall be IAT Level II certified at the time of hire.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
