We are searching for a full-time Field Service Technician / Assembler to support our flagship product, the PRO - robotic joint rolling machine.

*Responsibilities:*
* Scheduled equipment maintenance
* Emergency equipment service
* Remote troubleshooting and support
* Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
* Mechanical equipment assembly for new machines
* Electrical equipment assembly for new machines
* Represent company while interfacing with customers
*Requirements:*
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Evidence of exceptional problem solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent mechanical aptitude
* Prior hands on mechanical experience
* Electro Mechanical experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to accommodate last minute scheduling changes
* Driven, energetic, and willing to “get out of the box” with solutions and processes to advance Accelerant’s equipment manufacturing & machine commissioning
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Travel as needed: flexibility up to 20%
