*DUTIES:* * Responsible for management, control, coordination and execution of assigned projects, the majority of which involve vertical construction.
* Keeps sponsor/customers informed of project progress, issues, resolution, and any impacts or costs.
Assures sponsor or other agencies participation in the project is in accordance with the agreed upon management plan.
* Coordinates the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental considerations for engineering projects of considerable scope and complexity as measured by their diversity, geographical area, management demands.
* Assures early identification of sponsor/customer problems or issues and facilitates the resolution of identified problems or issues in the most appropriate manner.
*REQUIREMENTS:* *Conditions of Employment* * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License.
* The duties of this position require travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
* Upon supervisory notification, the incumbent is required to obtain the security clearance requirement of the supported program and/or project.
* If the security clearance requirement is TS or higher, the incumbent will enroll in the Department of Army Drug-Free Federal Workplace Program to include passing a urinalysis drug testing prior to appointment and thereafter.
* Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450 upon entering the position and annually.
