is seeking a qualified Framing Superintendent to join our team! This is a full-time position with benefits.
We are a collaborative community focusing on construction services and community.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively oversee construction projects for multiple sites.
They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office personnel, field construction crews, and vendors.
*Qualifications* * High school degree or equivalent required * Must be 21 years of age or older * Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of prior of framing construction experience * OSHA 10 Hour Certification * Heaving Machinery Operator Certification a plus * Familiar with ProCore * Ability to pass a drug test *Benefits* * Competitive Compensation * Paid Holiday Leave * Healthcare Benefits * 401k Benefits * Company Vehicle Provided *Duties* * Supervise subcontractors on site * Lead crews to complete tasks as scheduled * Monitor work to completion * Approve change orders in field * Effective communicator * Schedule labor as needed * Control of material usage * Monitors material deliveries and usage * Maintains a clean and safe job site * Attends project & safety meetings * Able to create RFIs * Basic computer skills *Schedule* Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Day work, no nights *Location* Office & Multiple Job Locations throughout Maryland Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.
