Title – Commercial Construction Manager
Location - Spider Washington/Baltimore Branch – 1945 Reservoir Road, Suite B, Sparrows Point, MD 21219.

We’re seeking a commercial construction manager who can put their expertise to work on a variety of projects.
This person will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and serving as the worksite representative for dealings with subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and government inspectors.
The construction manager will ensure compliance with all national and local procedures, regulations, and codes, and will provide progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis.
With every project, the construction manager will be counted on to drive efficiency and finish jobs on time.
*Description:*
The Commercial Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Spider field operations.
They will oversee all construction projects and make sure the projects are completed efficiently on time and safe.
The construction manager will be responsible for enforcing safety rules on the job site and making sure all jobs are built safety and that our employees are working in a safe manner.
*Qualifications:*
* Candidate must not be afraid of heights.
* Candidate must have at least 10 years of construction experience.
* At least two years of documented successful management in the construction industry preferred.
* Candidate must have OSHA 10.
* OSHA 30 preferred.
* Candidate must be able to lift object as heavy as 50 pounds.
Candidate must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs.
* Candidate must be able to climb ladders.
* Swing Stage/Suspended Access Experience
* At least 2 years of Construction Management Experience
* At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a team from 3 to 20 employees.
* Clean Driver’s License with clean Driving Record.
* MVR Required.
* DOT
* OSHA 10 OR 30 PREFERRED.
* No afraid of heights, lift 50+lbs regularly.
* High School Diploma.
* Able to Read Construction Plans
* Understand and explain OSHA codes related to Suspended Scaffold.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
00 - $90,000.
