As a Business Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our information technology systems and ensuring that the day-to-day operations of our business systems run smoothly.
Your focus will be on implementing company projects, collaborating with IT/Engineering and HR/Facilities on new initiatives, testing new software versions, and supporting compliance and security related initiatives.
Additionally, you will serve as a vital link between our company and our key software and support vendors.
The ideal candidate will make a meaningful contribution to the overall efficiency of our business systems and technology by caring and acting with integrity to provide personalized and timely support to all CreditXpert team members and vendors.
W2 only, no C2C, must be authorized to work in the US (both now and in the future).
Essential Functions: As the Business Systems Administrator, you will… Primary point of contact for our internal team members as it relates to; Onboarding support, including workstation request, access request support and maintenance, etc.
Reset AD passwords, exchange mailboxes, etc.
Security; ID Badging, Physical Security, SEIM monitoring, etc.
Office Tech & Connectivity; Conference Room Tech, AV equipment, shared technology (printers/screen configurations), Wifi, etc.
Asset Management; ordering, tracking, maintaining laptops, ancillary equipment, etc.
Function as point of contact for software and support vendors Managed service provider: leading all weekly calls and taking ownership and oversight of key takeaways and tasks aimed at improving overall business technology efficiency.
Security vendor(s); scheduling, monitoring, and managing annual maintenance as well as serving as a point of contact for internal questions.
AV/Tech Vendor; scheduling, monitoring, and managing annual maintenance, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for support needs from our internal team.
Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to the following.
Server Backups.
Manage file system security.
Write and maintain docs.
Cert renewals and installation.
Firewall changes.
Software admin, adobe, bitbucket.
Special projects; SSO, Windows 11, Security and AV Vendor RFPs.
PM22 Requirements: Required Education and Experience Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical or business related field.
Related work experience may be considered as substitution for the required college degree.
Experience supporting a company in growth phase.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize assignments to meet established time frames and deadlines.
This includes the ability to handle and work through frequent interruptions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate across a diverse, disbursed, and dynamic team of professionals at varying levels.
Highly proficient in xxx Strong project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to act independently, exercising good judgement and applying critical thinking.
Ability to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week with the occasional Monday and Friday onsite as needed.
