*Responsibilities:* * Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the assembly, production, and operation teams to ensure performance tasks are completed effectively and efficiently * Delegate production assignments to appropriate staff members * Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries * Ensure production targets are being met according to the schedule * Responsible for identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime and disruptions ​*Qualifications:* * Experience in supervising production or manufacturing staff and team members * Current or previous experience in production or manufacturing * Knowledge of production tools and equipment * Strong leadership qualities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
