Looking for an EXPERIENCED installer / technician.
MUST HAVE experience in most of the following systems: Security & Fire systems, Access systems, CCTV systems, Audio-Video systems, Gate Operators.
Must have clean driving record and criminal record.
Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.
Must have tools of the trade.

Job Responsibility Summary
• Perform service/installation of access control, automated gates, intrusion alarm, fire alarms, closed circuit television systems, and other various related low voltage systems.
Must have a mechanical aptitude.
• Perform computer program entry as required to add closed circuit television cameras, access control devices, and intrusion alarm systems as needed.
• Coordinates with Supervisor for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently
• Candidate must maintain a positive attitude and be willing to learn by hands on training and attending manufacturers training.
• Maintain an established work schedule
• Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment or individually
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of the principles of electricity and electronics
• Knowledge of electrical/ electronic components and equipment- including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes
• Experience/Knowledge how to evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot systems and perform repairs as necessary
• Knowledge of the potential occupational hazards connected with electrical work and the safety standards and practices, which should be applied
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, hydraulic towers, or in tunnels and crawl spaces
Preferred:
• Vocational training or job-related course work
Experience
• Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred
Other Requirements
• Some travel and overnight stays required
