Production Worker

Responsibilities: - Operate food production equipment according to standard operating procedures - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment - Package finished products for distribution - Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines - Ensure compliance with USDA food safety regulations - Assist in the processing and fabrication of meat products Experience: - No previous experience required - Basic mechanical knowledge for operating production equipment is a plus Skills: - Understanding of food safety regulations and protocols - Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and quantities - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
