Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom house for elderly parent

Looking for a place to move my dad and his dog into he has had recent health problems so we’re looking to move him into Baltimore I only have a apartment right now so need more room for him a security deposit and first month rent is ready baltimore county would be nice but willing to consider different areas MUST BE PET FRIENDLY claims he will be homeless before he leaves his dog he’s old and stuck in his ways
