ISO Car (Parkville)

Hi all, I'm searching for someone who might have an extra car they don't use or maybe one you're selling for super cheap (under 2,000).
My boyfriend and I were homeless most of last year and just got an apartment in November.
With all the bills we have right now and my job not being full time yet because I just started, we aren't making enough to save up.
I've checked out Vehicles for Change already before anyone suggests that, we do not qualify.
My license is not valid right now (have to save up $100 to go to driver improvement) and he's under 25 so he would have to have at least one child and neither of us do.
I'm just looking for someone who will read our story and have some compassion to help us out and even if you do charge us we would need a payment plan.
