Duct Tape Dummy (Severn)

I am looking to have a costume made but need to have a duct tape dummy made in order to get a mannequin with my exact measurements.
In simplistic terms in order to make a duct tape dummy, the model (me in this case) is covered from the neck down in duct tape so that when it is removed it creates a mannequin.
I have all the instructions and supplies but unfortunately it’s not something that I can easily do myself so I am looking for someone to help.
